September began with a simple conviction: that the best bread and groceries come from treating every ingredient with respect. Located on Bolsa Avenue in Westminster, we are a neighborhood bakery and grocery where the rhythm of the day is set by the oven, not the clock.
Our breads are fermented naturally, our pastries are folded by hand each morning, and our grocery selections are chosen for quality you can taste. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forgotten.
